We have added to a committed and capable human team, the technical means of the highest technology available at all times.
LASER CUTTING
We have three fiber laser cutting machines, 4 kW, 6 kW and 9 kW respectively, equipped with automatic loading and unloading systems for efficient and continuous production.
PUNCHING
We have two punching units, one equipped with an automatic loading and unloading system to optimize the production process.
PANEL BENDING
Our high-precision panel bender automates sheet metal bending with speed and repeatability, ideal for medium and large series. It ensures uniform finishes, optimizing time and reducing errors.
BENDING
We have 6 CNC press brakes with beds up to 3000 mm and a capacity of up to 170 tons. We also have a plate rolling unit for precision sheet metal bending.
LASER WELDING
We have one laser welding unit, ideal for high-precision joints, minimal deformation, and high-quality finishes.
MANUAL WELDING
We offer 7 MIG welding stations and 7 TIG stations, configured for various materials, processes, and precision needs.
ROBOTIC WELDING
We operate 2 MIG welding robots and 1 TIG robot, all mounted on CNC tables. This setup ensures high accuracy, repeatability, and weld quality.
SPOT WELDING
We have 3 spot welding units, one with up to 100 kVA, and 2 dedicated machines for insert fusion.
ECCENTRIC PRESSES
We operate 3 presses up to 125 tons, two of them with integrated decoilers for continuous operation.
HYDRAULIC PRESS
Our 150-ton hydraulic press, equipped with a hydraulic cushion, is specially designed for deep drawing and stamping.
DEBURRING, SATIN FINISHING & SANDING
Our 5-head deburring and satin finishing unit, along with a wide-belt sander, ensures homogeneous sanding for flat, welded, or bent parts. They improve product aesthetics and functionality.
MANUAL POLISHING AND SATIN FINISHING
We offer 9 manual polishing and satin finishing stations, separated for stainless and ferrous materials to avoid cross-contamination.
SCREEN PRINTING
We have an automatic screen-printing unit, with the option of manual printing for special or custom productions.
CUSTOM ASSEMBLY
We provide custom assembly services for metal furniture and components, tailored to each client's specific needs.
OTHERS
Our facility includes a high-precision CNC machining center, a shot blasting unit, and an ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing system for deep cleaning of metal parts.
